1.What does delivery cost?

Our minimum carriage paid order is £400 net. Under this amount, carriage is £10 for mainland UK shipments.

For international orders, delivery cost is £25 for all orders. Free over £1,000.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anything from 3-5 working days depending on your order. My Doris will advise you when you place your order or if you would like to discuss anything specifically please email info@mydoris.co.uk.

3. Do you have minimum order quantities and amounts?

Yes, because we're selling to trade / wholesale customers, we have a minimum order quantity of 2 of each item, and a total minimum order amount of £25 for new customers.

This minimum changes to £150 pounds after the first order.

4. Can I return products?

We will only offer returns and refunds if any goods are faulty or sent in error.

5. How do I contact you?

We only keep limited numbers of samples, but please get in touch if you would like to view some samples and we will do our best to help.
